Others: Best Sushi

We have 14 sushi locations listed. There's a good "go-to" shop at each budget.

What makes the best Sushi? Some things we are fans of include:

• Freshness of the fish.
• Quality of the rice and its seasoning.
• Variety of fish.

We usually eat sushi at home. We are lucky enough to have sushi grade fish available locally.

Fun Fact: When Japanese think of sushi they primarily think of fish served raw (sashimi), or over a pinched chunk of seasoned rice (nigiri). Things like rolls are an Americanized version.
