Best Pho

Others: Best Pho

We have 4 classic and 3 upscale pho locations listed so far. The classic list is an inexpensive hot bowl that 90% of the guests are eating, and the upscale list are dishes built with the quality ingredients that restaurant is known for.

What makes the best Pho? Some things we are fans of include:

  • Flavor of the broth.
  • Quality of the meat.
  • Adds

My favorite is rare beef slices served on the side. Top notch places will give you a separate small bowl of broth so you can cook the meat to your temp without bringing down the temp of the entree. Yuko prefers a wider variety of meats (organs). We both like to spice up the broth. A couple spoons of the hot chili oil, and one to two tablespoons of red vinegar creates the perfect base. Then toss in the peppers, sprouts, and leaves.
