Wagyu Smash Burger - $35

Some things we liked include:
- Presentation and service was cool.
- Meat was great quality.
- Sauces were unique and flavorful.
There was great hope for a top ten finish, but the "one of a kind" rice bun killed the whole meal. Sometimes trying to hard becomes a huge liability. Coated fries scream Sysco... ouch.
