Rock Shrimp Tempura - $25
spicy gochujang sauce, wasabi aioli
Some things we liked include:
- Shrimp on the left had a nice wasabi background flavor.
- Shrimp in the middle had great flavor.
- Both were rich and creamy, but also crunchy.
Outstanding appetizer! A few more celery sticks, maybe carrots, would help to enjoy the dip, because the shrimp are already very saucy (in a good way).
