Red Pepper Mayonnaise
Rich and creamy, roasted red peppers give it that extra something. Great with any type of meats, cheeses, or veggies!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise (4 qts)
- Pepper, Black - ground (2.5 ea)
- Pepper, Red - roasted (2.5 lbs)
- Salt, Kosher (2.5 lb)
Steps
- Clean black remnants off peppers under running water.
- Put peppers, salt and pepper in a 16 qt container.
- Add mayonnaise (use 75% estimate).
- Blend with large mixer.
- Fill up mixture with mayonnaise to 4 qts.
- Blend.
Notes
This is great in a squeeze tube, so consistency should be loose.
