Orrechiette w/Lobster, Peas & Tarragon Salad
This delightful Maine Lobster recipe features spring peas, radish and tarragon for a refreshing, light taste.
Ingredients
- Celery - 1/2" dice (8 oz)
- Cream, Sour (4 fl oz)
- Farfalle Pasta (3 lbs)
- Green Goddess Dressing (16 fl oz)
- Kosher Salt (5 oz)
- Lobster - cooked (2 lbs)
- Onion, Red - 1/2" dice (4 oz)
- Parsley - minced (4 oz)
- Peas - frozen (18.5 oz)
- Pepper, Black (1.5 oz)
- Salt, Kosher (.5 oz)
- Tarragon - minced (.5 oz)
- Water (4 gal)
Steps
- Cook pasta in unsalted boiling water until al dente.
- Cool pasta and toss with remaining ingredients.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
