Orrechiette w/Lobster, Peas & Tarragon Salad

This delightful Maine Lobster recipe features spring peas, radish and tarragon for a refreshing, light taste.

Ingredients

  • Celery - 1/2" dice (8 oz)
  • Cream, Sour (4 fl oz)
  • Farfalle Pasta (3 lbs)
  • Green Goddess Dressing (16 fl oz)
  • Kosher Salt (5 oz)
  • Lobster - cooked (2 lbs)
  • Onion, Red - 1/2" dice (4 oz)
  • Parsley - minced (4 oz)
  • Peas - frozen (18.5 oz)
  • Pepper, Black (1.5 oz)
  • Salt, Kosher (.5 oz)
  • Tarragon - minced (.5 oz)
  • Water (4 gal)

Steps

  1. Cook pasta in unsalted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Cool pasta and toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Adjust seasoning as needed.
