Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon is salmon that has been cooked over coals or a gas flame and is one of the oldest fish preparations known.
Ingredients
- Oil, 75/25 (1 cup)
- Pepper, White - ground (1 tbsp)
- Salmon (17 lbs)
- Salt, Kosher (8 oz)
Steps
- Trim, remove skin, and portion into 6 oz pieces.
- Rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mark both sides on the grill.
- Place on a sheet pan and finish off in the oven. Cook until medium.
