Grilled Fennel with Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- Currants, Black - dried (1 lb)
- Fennel Bulbs (10 lbs)
- Nuts, Pine (1 lb)
- Oil, Extra Virgin Olive (4 fl oz)
- Pepper, Black - whole (1 tsp)
- Salt, Kosher (1 oz)
- Tarragon Vinaigrette Dressing (1 pt)
Steps
- Cut fennel into wedges.
- Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mark on the grill and finish in the oven.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
