Grilled Asparagus

Fresh asparagus spears are coated with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper and cooked quickly over high heat on the grill. That's it!

Ingredients

  • Asparagus (11 lbs)
  • Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
  • Oil, 75/25 (2 fl oz)
  • Pepper, Whole Black - cracked (1.5 oz)
  • Salt, Kosher (4 oz)

Steps

  1. Chop the ends off the asparagus.
  2. Whisk the lemon juice and oil, then toss with the asparagus.
  3. Grill until tender, let cool.
  4. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper
