Figs with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • Chives - minced (.5 oz)
  • Cheese, Goat (3 oz)
  • Heavy Cream (.5 oz)
  • Figs - halves, cored (24 ea)

Steps

  1. Half the figs and core the middle (save the content).
  2. Blend the middle content with the goat cheese, add cream to slightly thin.
  3. Pipe the mixture into the halves.
  4. Plate accordingly and sprinkle with minced chives.
