Burger
A burger is a patty of ground beef grilled and placed between two halves of a bun. Slices of raw onion, lettuce, bacon, mayonnaise, and other ingredients add flavor. Burgers are considered an American food but are popular around the world. In Japan, teriyaki burgers are popular.
Ingredients
- Beef - Ground (10 oz)
- Potato Bun (1 oz)
- Lettuce (2 oz)
- Onion (1 oz)
- Tomato (1 oz)
Steps
- Make and start grilling hamburger patty.
- Toast bun on foil or tray (only middle gets crunchy).
- Cheese can be melted on the flipped burger, or served cold on the bun.
- Assemble basic burger, and add condiments or extras as requested.
