- Cilantro - minced (1 ea)
- Asiago Shredded Cheese (1 ea)
- Egg (1 ea)
- Panko (1 ea)
- Artichoke Hearts (1 ea)
Steps
- Pulse artichoke hearts, egg, and cheese in food processor until combined.
- Mix in cilantro, and add enough panko to firm up the mixture.
- Form into 12 small discs (crab cake size) and coat in panko.
- Pan fry to a golden brown.
- Heat through in oven.
- Plate on red leaf lettuce.
