Some things we liked include:
- Char flavor.
- Tenderness of meat.
- Good sides, and mushroom add.
This is a very good steak. I can eat any temperature, but I order medium rare because it's my favorite, and it gives me insight to the kitchen. Unfortunately this was between medium and medium well, so while I enjoyed it I will stick to the prime rib or buger.
