Brisket Sandwich - $18
12-hour smoked beef brisket (5oz), ipa bbq sauce, creamy slaw on a mantin's potato bun with a side of sonoma brinery pickles, add extra brisket (50z) $8
Some things we liked include:
- Very tender with great smoke flavor.
- Slaw and bun make a nice package.
- Sauce and pickles had great contrast.
This is a very good sandwich. Adding the extra brisket makes it a great dish to share.
