Flat Iron Steak - $32
10oz prime cut, chimichurri, truffle fries, brussels sprouts with bacon bits
Some things we liked include:
- Thick piece lets it get a good char, and stay medium rare inside.
- Steak was juicy.
- Toppings were interesting.
The pics look better than the experience. We'll probably stick to pizza.
