Eggs Benedict - $21
classically done; poached eggs, english muffin, italian ham, citrus hollandaise
Some things we liked include:
- Thick muffin was easy to eat.
- Sause was great.
- Country potatoes had a great semi-sweet flavor.
There is salt and pepper on the table, and they offered me my choice of hot sauce, but all three never got picked up. This dish is perfect just as it is.
