The Burger - $25
prime beef patty, brioche, cheddar, caramelized onions, jalapeno escabeche
Some things we liked include:
- Thick patty was juicy.
- Toppings and pickled sides were great.
- Good fries with a seasoned topping.
This is a solid burger with decent flavor. By the time I finished half it was well done... I get medium rare is hard to hit, and that held it back from what it could be.
