kombu shiitake broth, ramen egg noodle, wok fried veggies, pickled bamboo shoots, scallions, soft boiled egg
Some things we liked include:
- Broth had great flavor.
- Nice thick bacon and perfect egg.
- Noodles had good texture.
This is a very good ramen, and goes great with beer.
