Some things we liked include:
- Flavor of the meat, and medium rare was perfect.
- Toppings were a fun adventure for steak eating.
- Rice, beans, and tortillas are perfect with the toppings.
This steak keeps it's flavor, but fits in so nicely with the rest of the dish. It's not on the menu, but it is on the board on the back wall...
