scrambled eggs, chorizo, tomato, onion, chile serrano, queso cotija, with a side of rancho potatoes, blue corn tortillas, and salsa de molcajete
Some things we liked include:
- Eggs and toppings mixed nicely.
- Blue corn totillas and salsa pulled it all together.
- Potatoes had good texture.
This is an outstanding breakfast choice. Filling too.
