Papa K Burger - $13 (add fries +3.5)
housemade burger topped with roasted pork belly, cheese skirt, tomato, red onion, shredded romaine and boom sauce, served nestled in papa's favorite potato bun
Some things we liked include:
- Cajin style seasoning was just right.
- Toasted bun held together, and was complimentary (some take over).
- Fried cheese was a nice touch with crunch.
This is a good tasting burger that has a lot going for it. It was a little challenging to keep together, and the pulled pork just happened to be on only one half... found it after eating the first half. This burger would jump several spots if they used a thick patty and could serve a true medium rare.
