MIBC Burger w/Bacon - $20
1/2 lb angus beef, aged white cheddar, balsamic glazed onions, secret sauce and arugula on a brioche bun, served with fries, $18 plus bacon $2
Some things we liked include:
- Burger was juicy.
- Balsamic and secret sauces had good flavor.
- Toasted bun always wins.
This is a good bar burger. Next time we'll drop the arugula and opt for lettuce.
