Cast Iron Burger - $16
1/2 lb ground chuck burger, grilled to order, topped with your choice of cheese on a brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, and red onion served on the side
Some things we liked include:
- Thick patty.
- Toppings under patty help the bun last.
- Good balance and easy to eat.
Whenever a medium rare is served well done it's hard to give a top score. Plust the pics show the bun might as well have been a wrap... We were a lot more hopeful for this, but it is what it is.
It appears they changed it up, because this was the last one.
- Toasted, but on the outside?
- Cooked to temp.
- Toppings/side fresh and tasty.
