house-made brioche poppy seed bun, choice of fries or baby greens; Vegan Beyond Burger - patty available upon request

Some things we liked include:
- Toasted bun give a great crunch, and bun holds up!
- Thick patty crispy on the outside, but medium rare inside.
- Toppings and fries ensure the picture is complete.
This was our Top Burger of All Time back in the early 2010s when Dindo Borja was the chef. They had a grill at that time, and we would challenge for the perfect hamburger weekly. It became a thing. Hopefully we can find those pics to start our Hall of Fame. Unfortunately they switched from a grill to a griddle. The burger is still great, and what I like to order when we go... but the days of Dindo are not replicable.
