blue & yellow corn tortilla chips, salsa verde, pickled red onion, cilantro crema, sliced avocado, cotija, & two fried eggs
Some things we liked include:
- Meat was crunchy, yet soft.
- Eggs really added to the chips and cheese.
- Good flavors that work well together.
This is a filling breakfast that easily shared.
