lightly fried spicy tuna and avocado roll, topped with tobiko, unagi sauce, and spicy sauce
Some things we liked include:
- Tuna and avocado work well together.
- Spicy sauce combined with unagi sauce is a nice blend.
- Light crisp on the outside like tempura (panko would be twice the hit).
Another great roll that could be sold at twice the price.
